- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer the beef mixture, followed by pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
