Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
