Description

Delicious and fun sandwiches that kids will love for lunchtime.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of jelly or jam
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • 1 slice of cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread.
  2. Spread jelly or jam on the other slice of bread.
  3. Layer banana slices on top of the peanut butter.
  4. Drizzle honey over the bananas if desired.
  5. Top with the other slice of bread and press down gently.
  6. Cut the sandwich into fun shapes using cookie cutters.
