Ingredients

- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of jelly or jam
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
- 1 slice of cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread.
- Spread jelly or jam on the other slice of bread.
- Layer banana slices on top of the peanut butter.
- Drizzle honey over the bananas if desired.
- Top with the other slice of bread and press down gently.
- Cut the sandwich into fun shapes using cookie cutters.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute almond butter for peanut butter for a nut-free option.
- Add veggies like cucumber or lettuce for extra nutrition.
