Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips (for web decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
  8. Melt the sugar-free white chocolate chips and use a piping bag to create a spider web design on top of the cooled brownies.
