- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, coconut oil, almond butter, erythritol, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Once solid, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- These fat bombs can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your taste.
- For a chocolate version, add unsweetened cocoa powder.
