Description

Keto Pumpkin Fat Bombs are a delicious low-carb treat perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while staying in ketosis.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, coconut oil, almond butter, erythritol, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  5. Once solid, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes
