- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the mixture until it forms soft peaks.
- Pour the brewed coffee into a glass (if using) and top with the pumpkin cream cold foam.
