- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay out slices of provolone cheese, place the beef and vegetable mixture on top, and roll them up.
- Secure with toothpicks if necessary and serve warm.
