- 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, erythritol, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and baking powder until well combined.
- Spread the peach mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the peaches to create a cobbler topping.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
