Description

A delicious and creamy Keto Ground Beef Stroganoff Bake that is perfect for a low-carb dinner option.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese if desired.
