Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • Dark chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips for eyes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225ยฐF (110ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
