Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in the heavy cream.
  7. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
