Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in the heavy cream.
- Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, you can add a low-carb thickener.
- Serve over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated for convenience.
