Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into four equal patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
  4. Place the patties in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula.
  5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  6. While the burgers are cooking, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish in a small bowl to make the secret sauce.
  7. Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet for a minute.
  8. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun, adding lettuce, tomato, and a generous amount of secret sauce.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cheese on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
