- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon fillets, skin-side down.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy, then flip the fillets.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, basting with the sauce.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
