- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings.
