Description

Tender and flavorful steak bites cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce using a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the steak bites with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Transfer the steak bites to the crockpot and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
  4. Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in the garlic butter mixture for a few hours before cooking.
