Description
Tender and flavorful steak bites cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce using a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the steak bites with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Transfer the steak bites to the crockpot and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in the garlic butter mixture for a few hours before cooking.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or over rice for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
