Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix apple cider, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
  5. Pour the apple cider mixture over the pork chops in the skillet.
