Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in the green onions and sesame oil, cooking for an additional minute.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice.
