A quick and delicious beef stir-fry that can be made in just 30 minutes, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the green onions and sesame oil, cooking for an additional minute.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of oyster sauce.
- Feel free to substitute the vegetables with your favorites.
- Make sure the beef is sliced thinly for quick cooking.
