- 1 cup almond flour

- 1/3 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced pears with cinnamon and a tablespoon of brown sugar.
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, rolled oats, remaining brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
- Spread the pear mixture in a baking dish and top with the almond crumble.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top of the crumble.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pears are tender.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
