Description

Delicious and sweet peach cheddar honey quesadillas perfect for summer snacking.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.
  3. Layer the peach slices over the cheese and drizzle with honey.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
  5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
