Delicious and sweet peach cheddar honey quesadillas perfect for summer snacking.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.
- Layer the peach slices over the cheese and drizzle with honey.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- These quesadillas can be served with a side of yogurt for dipping.
- Feel free to substitute peaches with other fruits like apples or pears.
