- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chopped bacon to the bowl and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the bacon is crispy.
- If desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
