- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized.
- If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
