A warm and comforting gyoza soup that combines delicious dumplings with a flavorful broth, perfect for cozy nights.
Ingredients

- 1 package of gyoza (about 20 pieces)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chicken or vegetable broth and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped bok choy and gyoza to the pot. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the gyoza are cooked through.
- Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or spinach for extra nutrition.
- This soup can be made vegetarian by using vegetable broth and gyoza filled with vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
