- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced

Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water and drain.
- In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.

- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
