Delicious mini dessert bites featuring caramel and apple, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples with cinnamon and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and salt.
- Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of a greased mini muffin tin.
- Add a spoonful of the apple mixture on top of the oat base.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
- Top with the remaining oat mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before removing from the muffin tin.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use whole wheat flour.
- Serve warm with extra caramel sauce on top.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
