Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.)
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, honey (or maple syrup), peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Add in the chopped nuts and dried fruits, stirring gently.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
