  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup and soy sauce.
  3. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush the maple glaze all over the turkey.
  4. Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 2 to 2.5 hours, basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.
