A delicious and warming Instant Pot Pumpkin Apple Cider recipe that combines the flavors of pumpkin and apple for a perfect fall beverage.

- 4 cups apple cider
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pour the apple cider into the Instant Pot.
- Add the pumpkin puree and stir until well combined.
- Mix in the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, and vanilla extract.
- Seal the Instant Pot lid and set it to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is complete, allow for a natural release of pressure for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Stir the cider well before serving. Optionally, strain to remove any solids.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add more cinnamon or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- This cider can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
