A delicious and creamy iced pumpkin chai latte inspired by Starbucks, perfect for fall.

- 1 cup brewed chai tea
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Additional pumpkin spice for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Brew a cup of chai tea and let it cool.
- In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add the cooled chai tea and milk to the pumpkin mixture and stir well.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the pumpkin chai mixture over the ice.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less pumpkin spice syrup.
- For a dairy-free version, use almond milk or oat milk.
- This recipe can be made hot by omitting the ice and heating the mixture instead.
