Description

Hummus and Veggie Wraps are a delicious and healthy option for a quick meal or snack, packed with fresh vegetables and creamy hummus.


Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread a generous layer of hummus on each tortilla.
  2. Layer the spinach, carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, and avocado on top of the hummus.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  5. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
