- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Additional pumpkin pie spice (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice over medium heat.
- Whisk the mixture until it is hot and frothy, but do not let it boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate cup, brew your coffee.
- Pour the hot pumpkin mixture over the brewed coffee.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your cozy pumpkin spice latte!

- For a dairy-free version, use almond milk or oat milk.
