- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
Instructions
- Steep the chai tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in the sweetener until dissolved.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the cooled chai tea over the ice.
- Add the milk and stir to combine.
- Top with the pumpkin cold foam mixture.
- Garnish with additional pumpkin spice if desired.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use a plant-based milk and coconut cream.
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
