Description

A delicious and creamy iced chai tea latte topped with pumpkin cold foam, perfect for fall.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chai tea bags
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (sugar, honey, or syrup)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for a dairy-free option)

Instructions

  1. Steep the chai tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sweetener until dissolved.
  3. Let the tea cool to room temperature.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Fill a glass with ice and pour the cooled chai tea over the ice.
  6. Add the milk and stir to combine.
  7. Top with the pumpkin cold foam mixture.
  8. Garnish with additional pumpkin spice if desired.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, use a plant-based milk and coconut cream.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
  • This recipe can be made ahead of time; just store the chai tea in the fridge.
