Instructions

- Heat the tortillas in a skillet until warm and pliable.
- Place a spoonful of the filling on each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the taquitos until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with additional salsa or guacamole.
