- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the gluten free flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a flat circle.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each pita for about 2-3 minutes on each side until puffed and lightly browned.
- Remove from heat and keep warm in a towel until ready to serve.
