Description

Delicious and easy-to-make homemade cheesy breadsticks that are perfect for snacking or as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour in the milk and melted butter, and stir until a dough forms.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Cut the dough into strips and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the top of the breadsticks.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add more cheese on top before baking.
  • These breadsticks are best served warm.
