- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and mix until well combined.
- Pour in the milk and melted butter, and stir until a dough forms.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into strips and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the top of the breadsticks.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add more cheese on top before baking.
- These breadsticks are best served warm.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
