- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the flank steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the steak and add it back to the skillet, mixing with the vegetables.
- Serve in a bowl topped with avocado slices and fresh cilantro.
