A delicious and easy recipe for High Protein Honey Garlic Butter Chicken served with creamy Mac & Cheese.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, butter, and minced garlic.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, and milk over low heat until cheese is melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the chicken with mac & cheese on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey garlic mixture for a few hours before baking.
