- 1 orange, peeled and segmented

Instructions
- Start by laying out the slices of bread on a clean surface.
- Spread mustard on half of the bread slices if desired.
- Layer a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of the mustard-covered bread.
- Top with another slice of bread to create a sandwich.
- Cut each sandwich into quarters to create bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the sandwich bites on a plate alongside the orange segments and cucumber slices.
