Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
  • Food coloring (various colors)
  • Edible eyes and decorations

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let the donuts cool before icing.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to create the icing, then divide into smaller bowls and add food coloring.
