- 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
- Food coloring (various colors)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let the donuts cool before icing.
- In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to create the icing, then divide into smaller bowls and add food coloring.
- Dip the cooled donuts in the icing and decorate with edible eyes and other decorations.
Notes
- Make sure the donuts are completely cool before icing to prevent melting.
- Feel free to use different colors for the icing to create various monster designs.
- Store any leftover donuts in an airtight container.
