Description

These Halloween Eyeballs Cupcakes are a fun and spooky treat perfect for Halloween parties or celebrations. They are deliciously moist and topped with a creepy eyeball decoration that will delight both kids and adults.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can white frosting
  • Red food coloring
  • Chocolate chips
  • Gummy eyeballs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, frost each cupcake with white frosting.
  7. Drizzle red food coloring over the frosting to create a bloody effect.
  8. Place a chocolate chip in the center of each gummy eyeball and then place the eyeball on top of the frosted cupcake.

Notes

  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, consider adding chocolate pudding mix to the cake batter.
