These Halloween Eyeballs Cupcakes are a fun and spooky treat perfect for Halloween parties or celebrations. They are deliciously moist and topped with a creepy eyeball decoration that will delight both kids and adults.

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can white frosting
- Red food coloring
- Chocolate chips
- Gummy eyeballs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
- Once cooled, frost each cupcake with white frosting.
- Drizzle red food coloring over the frosting to create a bloody effect.
- Place a chocolate chip in the center of each gummy eyeball and then place the eyeball on top of the frosted cupcake.
Notes
- For a more intense chocolate flavor, consider adding chocolate pudding mix to the cake batter.
- These cupcakes can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container.
