- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 package of taco shells
- 1 cup guacamole
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add cooked rice, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, and chili powder to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Fill taco shells with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve with guacamole on the side.

- Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream or jalapeños.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with lentils or mushrooms.
