Delicious smash burgers made with ground beef and topped with feta cheese for a unique flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Place the beef balls on the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
- Season the patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and add feta cheese on top.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet for a minute.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, use ground beef with a higher fat content (80/20).
- Feel free to customize toppings based on your preference.
- These burgers can also be grilled outdoors for a smoky flavor.
