- 10 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with half of the enchilada sauce.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and pour the remaining enchilada sauce over them.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced black olives, sour cream, green onions, and cilantro to create a spooky graveyard effect.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with black beans or vegetables.
