Description

Graveyard Enchiladas are a fun and spooky twist on traditional enchiladas, perfect for Halloween gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with half of the enchilada sauce.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and pour the remaining enchilada sauce over them.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with sliced black olives, sour cream, green onions, and cilantro to create a spooky graveyard effect.
