Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Golden Oreos (approximately 14.3 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place them back on the parchment paper.
- Optional: Sprinkle additional crushed Golden Oreos on top of the dipped truffles for decoration.
- Refrigerate the truffles until the chocolate is set, about 15-20 minutes.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- For a fun twist, try adding different flavor extracts to the cream cheese mixture.
- These truffles can be made ahead of time and frozen for later enjoyment.
