- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, chopped walnuts, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to create a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter touch, add a drizzle of honey on top before serving.
