Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, mix gluten-free flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the peach mixture over the batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
