- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups gluten-free pasta
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the gluten-free pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Stir in the ricotta cheese until well combined.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.
