Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups gluten-free pasta
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the gluten-free pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Stir in the ricotta cheese until well combined.
  7. Serve hot, topped with shredded mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.
