Description

Ginger Garlic Chicken Noodle Soup is a comforting and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken, aromatic ginger and garlic, and hearty noodles in a warm broth.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup egg noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and mixed vegetables, simmer for 5 minutes.
