- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the shredded chicken and mixed vegetables, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the egg noodles and cook until tender, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
