- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy the spooky treat!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the stuffing.
