Description

Delicious stuffed mushrooms that are perfect for Halloween parties or any gathering, featuring a ghoulish twist.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
