Description

Deliciously crispy garlic and parmesan sweet potato wedges that are easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
