Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring tender chicken and potatoes cooked in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, you can add a cornstarch slurry during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
